Let's see how to access the fuse box on a Scania R500 truck: in the video, the main fuse box is located on the right side of the vehicle. Sitting on the passenger side, look towards the bottom of the side panel near the floor. To reach it, first remove the side plastic panel, which detaches by pulling firmly, as shown by the YouTuber; it may be a bit stiff, but it is designed to be removed. Underneath, you will find the main cover of the fuse box: this also removes by releasing the appropriate clips. Inside the cover, there is a detailed map listing the position and function of each fuse. Locate the fuse you are interested in, remove it, check it, and then reinsert it if it is still functional, or replace it with one of the same amperage.
