Today, you will learn how to fix the upholstery of a generic car seat: specifically, you will remove the old fabric to replace it with new material. First, you need to remove the seat from the car by unscrewing the nuts found on the rails and any electrical connector for the seatbelt sensor.

Next, try to separate the backrest from the seat and pry at the fabric to detach it; remove any clips or stitches to successfully take off the old fabric. Refit the new covering and reassemble everything!

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
