How to Remove the Windscreen

To tackle this removal, you will need the "INNOTEC Glass Replacement Kit". Use the A T wire passer, which will allow you to insert the cutting wire. From the cabin, use the A T wire passer to pierce the windscreen sealant until the tip comes out from the outside. Then, take the specific wire for the windscreen sealant and pull it inside the cabin using the wire passer. Once this step is complete, run the wire around the entire perimeter of the windscreen and then cut it. Next, secure the hook to a solid point and tie the cut wire to it. After that, fix the glass with the INNOTEC Waterproof Tape Premium. Once done, prepare the suction cups included in the kit by cleaning them with INNOTEC Foam Glass Clean Plus, and insert the end of the wire into the top of the suction cup, passing it through the hole from the reel and securing it with a knot. Once the wire is knotted, apply the suction cup to the right inner side of the dashboard. Next, insert the bit holder into the screwdriver, which you will use to pull the wire. Once the wire reaches the bottom right corner, move the suction cup up and repeat the step. Continue repositioning the suction cup at all four corners of the glass until the circuit is complete. At this point, you will be able to remove the windscreen using the Windscreen Lifter, and you will have successfully removed the windscreen.
