How to reset the uConnect 8.4 system?

While using the uConnect 8.4 system, found in various vehicles such as Fiat, Jeep, and Dodge, you may encounter freezes, malfunctions, or any other situation where the system does not function as expected. In these cases, you can opt for a system reset, known as a "soft reset". Here’s how to proceed. To perform this reset, the car must be in "RUN" mode, if applicable. Press and hold your finger in the top right corner of the display for about 15 seconds; it will turn off, and upon rebooting, the system will be restored.

How to Open the Bonnet of a Renault Megane if the Lever is Broken?

If the lever that unlocks the bonnet of the Renault Megane is broken or not functioning, there is an emergency procedure to unlock the mechanism: remove the right front grille located at the top of the bumper. Once the grille is removed, you can locate the actuator mechanism: by pulling the spring in this position, you can unlock the actuator, allowing you to lift the bonnet and access the components located inside the engine compartment. You can then close the bonnet simply by lowering it.
