In this video, the step-by-step procedure for resetting the 7G TRONIC gearbox of the Mercedes is shown. The procedure is simple, but it will take a couple of minutes to complete. To perform the reset, first start the instrument panel without starting the engine by turning the key to the 2nd position. Then, press the accelerator pedal all the way down for about 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds, turn off the instrument panel and release the pedal. At this point, wait for 2 minutes without opening the doors, windows, or turning on the radio for the reset to be completed. After the 2 minutes, the procedure will be complete.
