How to Repair Seat Upholstery

It often happens that the upholstery of the seats gets damaged, especially due to a burn from a cigarette. In this case, rather than calling in an upholsterer, you can use a repair technique applicable to all fabric colours.

Start by removing the frayed part of the fabric inside the hole with a small pair of scissors. Cut a piece of suitable fabric to insert into the hole and then fix it with special glue, allowing it to dry with the heat from an iron.

Next, prepare a mixture of coloured powder to apply to the new fabric until the repair is uniform, optionally spraying a bit on the surrounding fabric.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
