Removing the windscreen wiper arm can be a difficult task if you do not have the right tools, as the Torx screw that secures the arm tends to rust. Wait a few seconds and then proceed to remove it using slow, circular movements. After a few seconds, apply more force; you will notice that the arm will come off completely.
