Take a thin plastic tube and make a hole large enough to insert a straw. Once the hole is made, take an air compressor and insert a plastic straw into the nozzle. At this point, insert everything into the tube and place the end without the hole into the fuel tank while the end with the straw goes into a container, then press. You will see the liquid flow out much faster.
