Removing a Car Fuel Tank

In this video tutorial, you will see the main steps to remove a fuel tank from a generic car. First, lift the vehicle and unscrew all the bolts from the fuel tank bracket, where present; then drain all the fuel from the tank and remove the fuel supply hoses, taking off any clips. At this point, remove any obstructions from the tank and, with the help of a hydraulic jack, lower the tank slowly. Then, refit the new tank, checking the condition of the fuel hoses.
