Start by removing the pieces that prevent you from removing the cover, in our case, we remove the air tube and some engine wiring with a combination wrench. Once the obstruction pieces are removed, unscrew the nuts and bolts that secure the cover, using WD-40 to lubricate them before removal. After removing the locks, remove all the gaskets on the cover and use AKRA ENGINE spray to clean the inside and outside of the cover. Use a specific product to remove the paint from the cover, and once it is dry, begin painting it. Install the new gaskets and reassemble the cover in its place.
