How to install an Android radio on a 2004 Volkswagen Touran

In this video, we see how it is possible to modernize a 2004/2005 Volkswagen Touran by simply replacing the stock radio with an Android radio. First, we remove the old radio by taking off the trim that is only pressure fitted, then we remove the screws that secure the radio to the dashboard, and disconnect the electrical connections at the back. We pull the rear camera wire into the radio wire compartment and proceed to install the new radio. We do not provide a specific purchasing recommendation, as there are so many models, versions, and prices available online, so everyone can choose what they prefer. We reconnect all electrical connections, screw back the screws that secure the radio to the dashboard, and run the rear camera wire through the door pillars to the rear hatch, placing the camera under the license plate.
