This video shows how to modernise a 2004/2005 Volkswagen Touran by simply replacing the factory radio with an Android radio. First, remove the old radio by taking off the trim that is only pressed in, then remove the screws that secure the radio to the dashboard, and disconnect the electrical connections at the back. Pull the rear camera wire into the radio's wiring compartment and proceed to install the new radio. We do not provide a purchase recommendation, as there are so many models, versions, and prices available online, allowing everyone to choose what they prefer. Reconnect all electrical connectors, reattach the screws that secure the radio to the dashboard, and route the rear camera wire through the door pillars to the rear hatch, placing the camera under the number plate holder.
