How does the park assist work on the Volkswagen Tiguan?

In this video we see how the park assist works on the Volkswagen Tiguan: we see that on the right side of the gear lever there are buttons dedicated to this service. We press the central button, the one with the "P", we put the right turn signal on, we continue forward until the radar finds the parking space; we put it in reverse, and the car now does everything by itself, parking perfectly. The only thing we have to do is brake when we have reached the position. If the forward gear needs to be engaged for the maneuver, the car itself will ask for it.
