Once we have the lock visible, we see that the operation is given by a microswitch that can be removed with a flathead screwdriver. This component is not easily found even online and can only be obtained from Volkswagen or a scrapyard. If the microswitch is not damaged, then the problem is the actuator, and the same applies for availability. Removing it is complicated because we will also have to remove the handle. To check if there is current, it is necessary to use a multimeter and test each cable individually to test continuity.
