How do you remove the mirror glass from a Volkswagen Touareg? Follow this video to proceed: Use a plastic or rubber lever to pry between the edge of the mirror frame and the glass. Pry until the glass separates from the mirror. Once the damaged glass is removed, disconnect the power connector (using pliers). Finally, replace the damaged piece with the new one. Ensure the plastic clips snap into the supports of the mirror.
