How to Remove the Interior Rear View Mirror on a Volkswagen Touareg

Below are the steps to remove and replace the interior rear view mirror on a Volkswagen Touareg. First, get inside the cabin and start by removing the small plastic cover located behind the rear view mirror, prying at the sides with something thin. Then, disconnect the electrical connector found at the back, and detach the mirror from its mount to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new interior rear view mirror and adjust it accordingly!
