How do you replace the alternator pulley of the Volkswagen Golf?

In order to replace the alternator pulley of the Volkswagen Golf, you need to lift the car until the right front wheel is completely removed from the hub. Once this is done, you will also need to remove the inner lining panel of the fender to be able to unscrew the central nut of the pulley. This way, you will also need to free it from the corresponding drive belt in order to insert the new one. After installation, you will need to verify that everything is working correctly, and then secure it in place.
