How to change the air filter of the Volkswagen Golf VI

In this video, we see how to change the air filter on the Volkswagen Golf VI: we open the hood and find the air filter on the right side of the engine block, under the battery. There are eight screws around the box that can be easily removed with a Phillips screwdriver. After removing the cover, we immediately see the filter; we remove it and clean the container well from dust and residue. We replace the filter, making sure to put it back in the right direction, just like we found the old one, then we tighten the eight security screws that secure the cover and our work is done.
