If you notice on the display of the instrument panel of your Volkswagen Taos that the oil light remains even after you have changed it, do not worry because we will explain how you can manually reset it. First of all, reach the driver's seat and turn on the car's dashboard, then press the menu button and then hold down the right arrow button for about 5 seconds.

At this point, you must select the "Reset oil change" option and confirm the reset of the light as soon as you are asked to do so. Finally, exit the menu and turn off the car's dashboard.

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
