How do you reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Golf 6?

It will be possible to completely reset the Service indicator on the instrument panel of the Volkswagen Golf 6 by turning on the ignition, allowing access to the menu on the display. You will need to navigate to the right using the arrows on the right side of the steering wheel to find the "SETTINGS" option. At this point, you can scroll down to select "Service interval" and then "Reset." After selecting these options, a confirmation message will appear, where you will need to confirm the reset by pressing the OK button; once the operation is complete, you will notice that the warning light has disappeared.
