Learn how to reset and reconfigure the service on a Volkswagen Golf 7: switch on the instrument cluster of your car with the appropriate remote key; press the button located near the display of the onboard computer. Turn off and turn on the instrument cluster, holding the button until the maintenance reset service message appears, then select the new service message. Turn off and turn on the instrument cluster again with the key; the maintenance confirmation with the mileage for the next service will appear. Double-check everything and turn off the instrument cluster after setting.
