In this brief guide, we will go through the steps that will allow us to activate and deactivate the child safety lock on the doors of the Volkswagen Golf. First, let's open the rear doors and start inserting a flathead screwdriver into the hole where the screw is located; we will turn this screw to activate the internal lock of the doors.

To unlock the rear doors again, simply return the screw to its original position, as shown in the video.

We will then perform the same operation on both doors, securely closing them afterward.
