How to replace the cabin air filter on a Volkswagen Touareg? Here's how to do it: using a plastic lever, unscrew the screws on the lower dashboard cover (right side under the glove box). Remove the mounting screws that secure the side cover of the tunnel (if necessary, remove it) and extract the worn cabin filter: insert a new cabin filter ensuring it fits well around the walls of the box, reassemble the filter box cover and tighten the screws (cover everything with plastic).

Check the correct installation of the previously mounted parts.
