How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on the Volkswagen Touareg

Model: Volkswagen Touareg MK 2, 7P - Years 2010-2018

To replace the engine air filter on this model from the German manufacturer, follow the instructions provided in this description and the video. Once you open the bonnet, locate the filter housing at the front side of the engine. Disconnect the air sensor's power connector, then loosen the hose clamp on the air duct. Next, unclip the steel clips securing the cover of the housing to remove it. Inside, you will find the filter, which you should replace with a new one after ensuring the replacement specifications are compatible with the vehicle. Refit the cover and reattach the steel clips, then reconnect the air duct and the sensor connector.
