How to Reset the Climatronic on the Volkswagen Passat?

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010
Part: Air conditioner

On board the Volkswagen Passat, you can reset the Climatronic by turning on the instrument panel, allowing you to press the controls located on the central dashboard panel. Once the panel is activated, press and hold the ECON button and the button with the icon of the arrow pointing towards the passenger's face simultaneously. This will cause the temperature indicators of the dual-zone climate to darken; after a moment, the indicators will return to the previously set temperature and the air conditioning will reset to the default settings.
