How do you reset the Climatronic of the Volkswagen Passat?

The Climatronic installed on board the Volkswagen Passat can be reset after turning on the instrument panel, so that it is possible to use the controls on the central dashboard panel. Once the instrument panel has been turned on, you will need to simultaneously press the ECON button and the one with the arrow icon pointing towards the passenger's face. In this way, you will notice that the climate temperature indicators will turn off; after waiting a few seconds, the indicators will return to the previously set temperature and the Climatronic will be reset.
