First, we open the engine hood and start disconnecting the service belt; then we lift the car and disconnect the coolant pipes, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point, we unscrew the fastening screws of the air conditioning compressor, disconnect the wiring to remove it, and possibly replace it with a new one, applying the reverse procedure!

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
