Replacing the Air Conditioning Compressor of the Volkswagen Passat

Today's guide shows the main steps to remove and replace the air conditioning compressor of the Volkswagen Passat. First, open the bonnet and disconnect the auxiliary belt; then lift the vehicle and disconnect the coolant pipes, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point, unscrew the fastening screws of the air conditioning compressor, disconnect the wiring to remove it, and if necessary, replace it with a new one, applying the reverse procedure!
