Replacing the remote battery is a very simple and quick operation. Once you open the key (in the usable position), use a screwdriver to lever inside the blade housing; a cover will open where the remote battery is housed; you can remove it, and once replaced with a new one of equal power and size, close the plastic cover, ensuring to insert the rear part first where there are small pins, then close the front part by gently pressing the cap until you hear a locking click.
