How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Transporter T6

Below are the instructions to correctly reset the service light on your Volkswagen Transporter T6. The steps are very simple and quick. First, with the doors closed, turn on the ignition, which will indicate the warning light. Next, press the minus button until you find the "Trip" option on the vehicle display. Then, keep pressing the menu button until you see the mileage on the display. At this point, press and hold the call accept button for about one second, then the OK button for about five seconds. Using the controls on the steering wheel, scroll to the "Advanced Assistance" option, then go to "All Settings" and confirm with the OK button. Afterwards, repeatedly press the OK button and the back button until the reset is complete. Finally, turn off and then turn on the ignition to check if the light has disappeared; if not, contact a professional.
