You can replace the timing belt on the Volkswagen Golf 7 after raising the car with a jack or ramp, ensuring that the front right wheel does not touch the ground. Then, loosen the bolts that secure it, so it can be removed along with the cover of the wheel arch. At the rear, you will find the pulleys around which the belt is positioned: by loosening the central nut, you can completely remove the pulleys and the belt; once the assembly is removed, install the new replacement parts, reattaching the wheel and the wheel arch cover.
