Removing the Car Radio from a Volkswagen Golf

Is the car radio damaged? Let's see how to remove it. Turn off the car radio, then use the original metal keys to detach the car stereo. Insert the keys into the slots on the plastic cover of the stereo; pull the stereo towards you (after the click of the keys) and carefully extract the car radio, being mindful of the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Use an adapter if you need to install a generic brand car radio. Reconnect the power connectors.
