In this video the radio block of a Volkswagen Passat is removed and the satellite navigator is inserted in its place. First of all, it is necessary to remove the frame placed around the radio; you have to use a plastic spatula and do it trying not to damage the frame. Once the latter has been removed, you will have to unscrew the four screws that secure the block after which you can proceed with its extraction. Disconnect the radio's electrical connections and, after having taken the new GPS navigator, connect its connections. Insert the card in the navigator and check its operation by pressing the power button. Now turn it off and insert it into its compartment. Refit the fixing screws and replace the frame as it was previously.
