Does the Golf knob need to be changed? Let's see how to disassemble and replace it. Disconnect the frame of the leather cap with a plastic lever, lift it upwards. We remove the metal clamp that holds the gear knob. We take the knob in our hands and remove it from the shift rod. To carry out the assembly: take the new knob and insert it together with the leather cap (in the rod on the central tunnel), tighten the same in the rod. Finally, we test the correct assembly of the knob with the movement of the rod on the central tunnel. We mount the single knob or with the cover cap.
