Activating the Mirror Down Function

Model: Volkswagen Passat B7 - Years 2010-2014

The MIRROR DOWN function automatically adjusts the exterior mirrors when reversing. First, navigate to the settings menu (SETTINGS), enter the CONVENIENCE section, and check the MIRROR DOWN function. Then, position the exterior mirror adjustment knob to activate the right exterior mirror: when reversing, it will lower automatically to improve visibility during parking manoeuvres, helping to avoid contact with the kerb and preventing scratches on the alloy wheels.
