How to Replace the Water Pump on a Volkswagen Golf 7?

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

To replace the water pump on a Volkswagen Golf 7, open the bonnet to access the engine compartment and locate the pump, which is at the front of the engine. Once located, remove the cover from the top of the engine and disconnect various pipes and connectors to access the pump. This should then be disconnected and freed from its housing by loosening its fixing bolts. Once the old pump is removed, install a new replacement part and reassemble all previously removed components.
