Removing the Water Pump on a Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008

Let’s see the removal of the water pump on a Volkswagen Golf? Lift the bonnet and secure it, then, using a screwdriver, unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe, and remove the engine soundproofing panel. Start removing the fastening pins of the water pump (first remove the auxiliary belts). Once the part is removed from its seat, replace the pump. Begin installing the new water pump by tightening it in its housing along with the belts. Reassemble all previously removed parts in the engine bay. Always check for correct installation.
