Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 7, Golf 7, Golf VII - Years 2012-2019
Part: Headlight bulb
Operation: Replacement LED low beam on Volkswagen Golf 7

In this video we see how to replace the original headlights of our Volkswagen Golf 7 with better performing LEDs. The first step will be to remove the rubber dust cover from the headlights. We then extract the bulb by removing it from the connector. We then remove the standard metal base by replacing it with the adapter. From the LED kit we unscrew the heatsink and insert the adapter, then reinsert the new bulb. We screw the heat sink back on, connect the cables and the dust cover. We will now have our new LED high beams. Continuing the video we will see how in the same way we can also replace high beams, position lights and license plate.
