Operation: How to replace the DSG shift knob on a VW Golf mk7

In this simple video tutorial we are going to see how to replace the old DSG gear knob with a new one on a 7th generation Volkswagen Golf. Let's start by taking a lever and putting pressure on the lower part of the central part of the knob to go and slide it out and remove it. To remove the side parts of the knob we have to blow up the four tabs that hold the piece in place with the help of a small screwdriver, we have to do this operation for both side parts as shown in the video. Now we can assemble the new parts of the knob making them adhere to interlocking.
