How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Volkswagen Passat

In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the maintenance light on a Volkswagen Passat by following a few simple steps: first, perform maintenance such as changing the engine oil and filters. Next, get into your vehicle; to reset, use the button located at the bottom right of the speedometer with the symbol of a spanner. Close all the doors of the vehicle and press and hold the previously described button while simultaneously turning on the ignition. Then release the button; within 20 seconds, press the button again to reset the service light. Turn off and then turn on the ignition to check if the light has turned off.
