How to Replace the Remote Battery in a Volkswagen Scirocco?

To replace the battery in the remote of a Volkswagen Scirocco, lift the ignition key by pressing the appropriate button located at the top of the device. By lifting the key, you can leverage inside its housing, detaching the cover from the top of the device. Under this cover, you will find the battery, which can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After installation, close the remote with the cover and then lower the key.
