First, prepare the necessary materials to replace the battery: standard quality batteries or a Start and Stop system battery with the same amperage. A 10 mm socket wrench. A 13 mm socket wrench. Open the bonnet by pulling the lever and lift the bonnet. Next, locate the battery cover. Then, unclip and remove the battery cover. Unscrew the bolts located above the battery terminals using a 10 mm socket wrench, then pull the battery terminals upwards. Using a 13 mm socket wrench, unscrew the bolts that secure the metal bracket to the battery in the engine bay. Now, using the convenient handle, lift the battery and place the new battery in position.
