To reset the tyre pressure warning light on a seventh-generation Volkswagen Golf, produced from 2012 to 2019, first ensure that all four tyres are inflated to the correct pressure indicated on the driver's side door pillar. To begin the reset process, first turn on the vehicle.

Now press the "CAR" button located on the central console, then press the settings button on the touchscreen display in the bottom right. Once done, click on the "SET" option with the tyre warning symbol and finally confirm the correct tyre pressures to deactivate the light.
