To reset the service light on the Volkswagen Polo, start by turning on the ignition, notice the spanner icon on the display, turn off the ignition, press and hold the "set" button, while turning on the ignition again, the spanner icon will appear, release the "set" button, press the left button and the spanner light will turn off. Now you can turn off the ignition and wait a few seconds; finally, turn the ignition back on and if the spanner light is off, the service has been reset; otherwise, if it remains on, repeat the procedure.
