Operation: How to replace the turbo on a Volkswagen Touran

To replace the turbo on our Volkswagen Touran we must first remove the fuel filter by removing the connector - this clip on the right hand side - then we must remove the engine cover and battery, and the air filter. When we have removed everything, we see the turbo actuator from which we remove the connecting pin and the pipes. We must now unscrew the three screws that hold it fixed and that sound on the right side of the device. At the bottom it is held by a circular spring that you can remove with your fingers, delicately. We can now reinstall the new one (or regenerated, as in the video) by fitting the turbo bar into its housing and fitting the spring again. We screw the three bolts back; we put back the battery, the air filter, the engine cover and the fuel filter. The job is done.
