If the radio fitted in your Volkswagen is experiencing serious and persistent software issues, you must perform the following reset procedure. Enter the cabin and ensure the radio is completely off. Next, locate the power button and hold it down for about ten seconds. As soon as the Volkswagen logo appears, release the button and wait for the radio to restart automatically. Once this is done, you can use the radio again without any problems. If errors occur, you can repeat the entire procedure.
