How to Reset the Radio on a Volkswagen?

To reset the radio on a Volkswagen, first turn on the ignition by turning the key in the ignition switch: once the ignition is on, press and hold the buttons located at the top of the screen simultaneously. In particular, you need to hold the buttons for skipping tracks, along with the one with the speaker icon with the 'i': this will cause the screen to turn off and then automatically turn back on, allowing you to complete the reset.
