How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Polo?

Model: Volkswagen Polo Polo 5, Polo V, MK 5, MK V, 6R - Years 2009-2017

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Polo, press and hold the left button located in the centre of the instrument cluster while it is off. While holding it, insert the ignition key and turn it to switch on the instrument cluster: once on, release the button and then press the 0.0/SET button next to it. Once this button is pressed, the Service light will be reset: you can turn off and on the instrument cluster to verify the reset.
