How to Install Roof Bars on a Volkswagen Golf

In this tutorial, you will see how to install the original roof bars on a Volkswagen Golf MK7, a very simple and quick operation. First, attach the 4 supports to each bar if they are not already factory-fitted. Then, open the front doors and remove the two caps located on the upper inner edge. Once done, remove the covers from the supports of the first bar, position it on the roof, and insert the appropriate pins into the newly exposed holes. Once securely tightened, repeat the process for the rear bar, which will have two pins on each side.
