Replacing Front Headlamp Bulbs

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

To replace the front headlamp bulb, you do not need to remove anything as there is enough space behind the headlamp to work; therefore, disconnect the protective cap of the bulb holder by turning it slightly anti-clockwise; similarly, detach the bulb holder and then pull the bulb from the socket; install the new bulb, avoiding touching the glass envelope with your fingers, secure the bulb holder to the headlamp, and reposition the cap; if you notice a difference in brightness when turning on the headlights, replace the other bulb as well.
