Where is the air conditioning fuse located in the Volkswagen Golf?

In case of malfunction of the air conditioning in the Volkswagen Golf 4, known as Air Care Climatronic, you should first check the status of the relevant fuses. As shown in this video, there are two fuses located in the same box inside the cabin, behind the left side of the dashboard. The first, rated at 7.5A, is labelled F5, while the second, rated at 25A, is labelled F25. If either of them is damaged, ensure you use a replacement of the same amperage; otherwise, you could cause serious damage to the system.
