How to Reset the Adblue Warning Light on the Volkswagen Sharan

If you notice that the Adblue warning light on the instrument cluster of your vehicle is illuminated and the onboard computer indicates the remaining kilometres of range, the following description outlines the necessary procedure to turn off the warning. First, open the tailgate and locate the plastic panel on the side of the boot. Then, open the cover and you will find the filler cap for the additive tank underneath. Proceed to top up the liquid at least above the minimum level. Close the cap and cover, then check that the warning light on the instrument cluster has turned off.
